DCS owns another division, Deluge Interactive, which has been developing and hosting web sites since 2001, and has hundreds of clients in dozens of industries. Although Deluge serves multiple industries, it has developed a content management and marketing application, called Connect, which has extraordinary benefits for non-profits and membership-based organizations.
